The ideal recommended volume to dissolve the tablet in is 125-200ml of water.
This is perfectly normal. Forceval® Soluble contains a wide range of vitamins, minerals and trace elements. Some of these are water soluble and some are fat-soluble which means that when dissolved in water will create a solution that is slightly cloudy.
Each Forceval® Soluble Adult tablet contains 7.9 kcal/ 33.1 KJ of energy.
Forceval® Soluble is suitable for ages 12+. If you are looking for something suitable for a younger age range, Forceval® Soluble Junior is suitable for ages 6+.
Food supplements are any food with the purpose of supplementing a healthy balanced diet. It is a concentrated source of nutrients or other substance with a nutritional effect. If you are not managing to eat healthily you may benefit from a daily vitamin and mineral supplement.

Forceval® Soluble is an effervescent multivitamin and mineral food supplement. It is a tablet which should be dissolved in a glass of water.
Forceval® Soluble and Forceval® Soluble Junior are suitable for vegetarians.
The vitamin D3 is sourced from lanolin (sheep’s wool) and therefore cannot be considered vegan.
Forceval® Soluble is not recommended for use in pregnancy. We would recommend that you discuss this further with your healthcare professional.

Forceval® Capsules are not suitable for vegetarians/ vegans as the capsules contain gelatine that is derived from animals. The gelatine is derived from bovine sources.
Forceval® Capsules contain vitamin A. Check with your doctor, dietitian or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine during pregnancy.

There are 400 International Units (iu) of vitamin D2 in Forceval® Capsules which is equivalent to 10mcg.
If you (or someone else) accidentally take too many tablets, you should tell your doctor at once or contact the nearest accident and emergency department. Show any leftover medicines or the empty packet to the doctor.
Do not worry if you forget to take a dose, take it as soon as possible, unless it is almost time to take the next dose (within 1-2 hours). Do not take a double dose. Then go on as before.
Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.
Forceval® Capsules may cause allergic reactions (such as rash), and problems related to your stomach and intestines (such as feeling or being sick and stomach pains).
Adults and Elderly: One capsule per day or as instructed by a healthcare professional. The capsules should be swallowed whole with a glass of water. Children: Forceval® Capsules are not suitable for children aged under 12.
Take one Forceval® Capsule per day with a glass of water.
Forceval® Capsules does contain thiamine.
Forceval® Capsules does contain vitamin B12.
