How to use
- Take one tablet daily, dissolved in a glass of water (125ml – 200ml).
- Forceval® Soluble contains both fat and water-soluble vitamins and minerals. The resulting solution may therefore be cloudy, this is perfectly normal.
- Do not exceed the recommended dose. Do not take on an empty stomach.
- Forceval® Soluble is suitable for adults and children over 12 years of age.

This is perfectly normal. Forceval® Soluble contains a wide range of vitamins, minerals and trace elements. Some of these are water soluble and some are fat-soluble which means that when dissolved in water will create a solution that is slightly cloudy.
Each Forceval® Soluble Adult tablet contains 7.9 kcal/ 33.1 KJ of energy.
Forceval® Soluble is suitable for ages 12+. If you are looking for something suitable for a younger age range, Forceval® Soluble Junior is suitable for ages 6+.

The vitamin D3 is sourced from lanolin (sheep’s wool) and therefore cannot be considered vegan.
